All infrastructure such as restaurants, hospitals, marts, Olive Young, Daiso, traditional markets, etc. are within a 5-minute walk. Smoking is prohibited indoors and in the building. If you smoke indoors, your use will be restricted and you will have to compensate for damages. You must adhere to this.
It is located a 3-minute walk from the City Hall bus stop, which is a bus stop with various bus routes going all over Ulsan.
This is a contactless check-in method, and the password will be provided one day before your arrival. Check-in is from 1:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
The management fee is paid together with the rent, and it includes gas, electricity, and water.
I was very satisfied with the place. The location was great, and there wasn't a single thing to fault. I had a wonderful stay.
I stayed here for over 10 weeks because the timing of my property sale and purchase didn't align. When I mentioned that four of us—including children—would be staying, they demanded an extra fee for the kids, so I reluctantly paid the additional amount on top of the quoted price. Yet, upon checkout, they complained about pencil marks and asked me to remove them; I had to go back and clean the marks off myself. I also needed to register my residency, but since I couldn't do it using this address, they allowed me to register at a different one. However, because I couldn't provide proof of residence for that other address, that option fell through, and I ended up registering elsewhere. I experienced inconvenience due to elevator breakdowns during my stay, and one elevator was still under repair even on the day I checked out. If you have a car, the cost isn't simply a flat rate of 10,000 won per day. You have to use a parking pass every time you come and go; the rate is 1,000 won per hour, up to a maximum of 10,000 won for 24 hours. Aside from the location, there wasn't anything I liked about the place.
