All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included utilities.
I had a great stay.
It was more spacious than I expected and very comfortable to stay in. The host thoughtfully provided all the little essentials—from kitchen items like plastic wrap, disposable gloves, and cleaning wipes to bathroom supplies like body wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste—making it a great place for a short-term stay. Transportation was convenient, with both the subway station and bus stops nearby, so I’d definitely love to stay here again if my schedule allows!
