- It is a 3-minute walk to Cheolsan Station (Line 7). - You can travel to Gwangmyeong Station (KTX) from the bus stop right in front of the building.
- Check-in is contactless. - Indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes) and bringing dogs are not permitted.
- The ground floor features a convenience store, an organic gimbap shop, and a laundry service, while Golfzon Market, Daiso, Burger King, a Korean medicine clinic, and Starbucks are all within a 3-minute walk. - A collection area for general waste and recyclables is located at the far left end of the ground floor.
