Located in 'Gohyeon,' where the Geoje Intercity Bus Terminal is situated, the Geoje Historic POW Camp is a 3-minute walk away, or just a 1-minute run. Consequently, there are many great restaurants nearby. The recently trending 'Baemal Kalguksu' is even closer than the POW Camp itself! 'Baekmanseok,' the most famous restaurant in Geoje for sea squirt bibimbap, is also just a 3-minute walk away! As it is located in a residential area, it is a great place to stay quietly. However, please do not make noise late at night! As we periodically change the styling, there may be differences from the registered photos, but all items are identical. The rental price for this accommodation is per person.
Geoje Intercity Bus Terminal: 5 minutes by car Gohyeon Downtown: 3-5 minutes by car ㅡ Two convenience stores located within a 2-minute walk! Seowon Top Mart (large supermarket) is a 5-minute walk away, and a large Hanaro Mart is just about a 3-minute walk further! Geoje Central Market: 15-minute walk ㅡ Dokbongsan Wellness Park: 3 minutes by car (15-minute walk)
Move-in will be conducted remotely. Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage guidelines. The detailed address and password will be provided the day before move-in.
The rental fee is based on one person. An additional fee of 15,000 won per person per day applies for additional guests.
Please note that the rent and maintenance fees are based on a single guest! All utilities, including gas, water, internet, shared electricity, and private electricity, are included in the maintenance fee. However, additional maintenance fees may apply if you use excessive electricity.
The house and the surrounding area are quiet and cozy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a supermarket and convenience store are close by.
