This is a studio-style space that I personally use and occasionally stay in, primarily as a workspace. I decided to open up this cherished space because my job frequently takes me to other regions in Korea and abroad. It is a great option if you are looking for a cozy, short-term stay right in the heart of Seoul. Since this is a space I actually use myself, please think of it as staying in a standard studio apartment. Also, as this is not a hotel, please understand that basic consumables (such as toilet paper, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.) may not always be provided. However, if any are available, you are welcome to use them during your stay :)
It is a 20-second walk from Exits 2 and 3 of Gongdeok Station. It is a transportation hub served by four lines—Lines 5 and 6, the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, and the Airport Railroad—and offers excellent bus connectivity.
- As I am often away from Seoul, the check-in process is typically contactless. - I will provide the door lock passcode once your stay is confirmed. - You will be staying on the second floor. The first and second floors are separate, independent spaces; the first floor serves as an upcycling workshop where the artist works. - Access to the building is via a shared entrance on the first floor, and the entrance to the second-floor unit is located at the top of the stairs. - Please feel free to use the second-floor space comfortably, but ensure it is returned to its original, tidy condition upon checkout. - While the space is best suited for one person, it can accommodate up to two people (two mattresses available); please inquire if there is an additional guest (a small increase in the service fee applies based on the number of guests). [Important Notices] - I am a non-smoker. - (As is standard practice for facilities in Korea) Smoking indoors will result in immediate eviction and a deduction of 330,000 KRW from the security deposit. Please apply only if you agree to this policy, including the deduction of the 330,000 KRW deposit if signs of indoor smoking—such as lingering odors or cigarette butts—are discovered during the post-checkout cleaning. - Pets are not allowed (violation will result in a deduction of 330,000 KRW from the security deposit).

All utility costs are included in the management fee. However, additional charges may be requested in the event of excessive use of included amenities, such as air conditioning in the summer or heating in the winter.

It’s just a one-minute walk from Gongdeok Station, making it very convenient for getting around.
