This is my actual hideout in Seoul. Due to my job, I frequently travel both domestically and internationally, so I decided to open up my precious home. If you need a cozy space in the heart of Seoul for a short-term stay, this is a great option. (As this is a space I actively use) please consider it like staying in a typical studio apartment. Also, as you know, this is not a hotel, so please understand that basic consumables (toilet paper, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.) may not always be available. If they are, feel free to use them during your stay :)

It is a 20-second walk from Gongdeok Station Exit 2 & 3. It is a transportation hub with a total of 4 lines, including Line 5/Line 6/Gyeongui Jungang Line/Airport Railroad, and there are also many buses.
- Since I am not in Seoul on some days, check-in is usually done non-face-to-face. - We will inform you of the door lock password when check-in is confirmed. - The space you will be using is on the 2nd floor. An upcycling workshop artist resides on the 1st floor. - The entrances to the 1st and 2nd floors are separate. - Please feel free to use the space, but we ask that you return it to its original condition after use. - The maximum capacity is 2 people (2 mattresses), but please inquire if there are additional people. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and for any reason, the contract will be canceled, you will be asked to leave, and the deposit will not be refunded.
It's a central location, so all the necessary facilities are available. I've written a detailed user manual on my blog for your convenience. Please be sure to check it out. https://m.blog.naver.com/jootime/224209133190

Thank you to the kind landlord.
It's cozy, friendly, and nice.
I stayed for a week in a studio-like space within walking distance of Gongdeok Station, and the location was truly outstanding. Even on rainy days and days when I had a lot of luggage, I experienced almost no stress from getting around. With the subway so close, my movements felt lighter even with a busy schedule! I stayed there just to shower and sleep for a project in the area, and I had a comfortable stay without any inconveniences. The atmosphere was calm even when I was alone at night. There's a premium food mart right next door, and plenty of places to eat or grab a coffee. I'll definitely use this place again if I have another schedule nearby!
