This is a studio-style space that I personally use and occasionally stay in, primarily as a workspace. I decided to open up this cherished space because my job frequently takes me to other regions in Korea and abroad. It is a great option if you are looking for a cozy, short-term stay right in the heart of Seoul. Since this is a space I actually use myself, please think of it as staying in a standard studio apartment. Also, as this is not a hotel, please understand that basic consumables (such as toilet paper, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.) may not always be provided. However, if any are available, you are welcome to use them during your stay :)

- As I am often away from Seoul, the check-in process is typically contactless. - I will provide the door lock passcode once your stay is confirmed. - You will be using the second-floor space; an upcycling artist works on the first floor. - The entrances for the first and second floors are separate. - Please feel free to make yourself at home, but kindly ensure the space is returned to its original, tidy condition upon departure. - The maximum capacity is two people (two mattresses); please contact me if you have additional guests. - Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited; any violation will result in contract cancellation, immediate eviction, and forfeiture of the security deposit, regardless of the reason.
