However, due to the surrounding natural environment, insects may occasionally find their way inside despite regular pest control and maintenance. It was a great place for four families with babies to relax. Since it was October, there weren't many bugs. We're leaving with wonderful memories.

The location is absolutely fantastic. You can step outside and reach the sea in less than a minute. Geumneung Beach is beautiful and perfect for families with children. The house is spacious and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay; there’s even a spot in the yard to wash off sand. It was very hot in mid-summer, but the living room stayed cool with the air conditioner on. Since we were a family, we could keep the bedroom doors open, which made it comfortable. However, I wouldn't recommend it for a group of acquaintances in mid-summer, as keeping the doors closed would likely make the rooms too hot. That said, since most guests are likely families, this probably won't be an issue. Regarding parking, it was a shame that the public lot right in front was removed due to new construction. However, even during peak season, there were usually open spots very close by, so parking wasn't a problem. The waste disposal site was a bit of a distance away, so I had to drive there. On the plus side, I could dispose of all types of waste, including recyclables, and the local seniors managing the site were very kind. It was my first time using a food waste disposal card, but the process was simple, and the host had everything ready, so I didn't need to prepare anything myself. It was such a wonderful place that I almost wanted to keep it a secret just for myself, but I definitely want to stay here again. It is a place I would love to visit again.
