The management fee covers the basic usage of electricity, water, and gas. Actual usage is verified via meter readings upon check-out, and additional charges may apply for usage that significantly exceeds the standard for a typical 7-day short-term stay (e.g., leaving the heating on while away, running the boiler with windows open). ※ Additional charges rarely occur with normal, everyday usage.
