We prepared this space with our ideal residents in mind. Don't take a taxi after working late; rest and work here at a low cost :) This is a detached villa, not a goshiwon (a type of small, affordable room for students or single workers), and our residents are professionals who commute to Gangnam, Seocho, Guro Digital, Yongsan, Seoul Station, and other areas. It is very quiet, and its greatest advantages are its tranquility and safety. πFood waste, general trash, and recycling are mandatory. πBasic tableware and cooking utensils are provided, but consumables and hygiene products must be prepared separately. 1. The number of occupants is limited to a maximum of 2 adults. (Children and babies are not allowed) 2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are prohibited throughout the building. 3. Please refrain from loud noises and inter-floor noise to avoid complaints. 4. You agree not to register your business address or report your move-in for resident registration. Immediate termination of the contract without refund may occur upon violation of the above special conditions, and the deposit will not be returned. If any damages occur as a result, compensation will be claimed from the tenant.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
