We prepared this with the kind of people who would be moving in in mind. Don't take a taxi after working overtime; work while resting at an affordable cost :) This is a standalone villa, not a goshiwon, and the residents are office workers commuting to Gangnam, Seocho, Guro Digital Complex, Yongsan, Seoul Station, etc. It is very quiet, and safety is its greatest advantage. π Food waste, general waste, and recycling are mandatory. π Basic tableware and cooking utensils are provided, but you must bring your own consumables and hygiene products. 1. Occupancy is limited to adults, maximum 2 people. (Children and babies are not allowed) 2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are prohibited throughout the entire building. 3. Please ensure that no complaints arise due to loud singing or noise between floors. 4. The tenant agrees not to register a change of address at the business address or on the resident registration. Violation of the above special provisions may result in immediate termination of the contract without refund, and the security deposit cannot be returned. If damages arise as a result, compensation for damages will be charged to the tenant.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, an additional management fee may be requested.

The accommodation was exactly like the photos! It was clean, and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided were all high-quality products. They were especially quick to respond whenever I had a question. Whenever I needed something or an issue arose, they were incredibly kind and took immediate action.
