Hello! This is a two-room accommodation that has recently been renovated with new bathroom construction, wallpaper, and floor remodeling, making it even cleaner and brighter. We are currently conducting final checks and styling before the official opening, and we promise more meticulous care and a pleasant environment for our first guests. Photos are being prepared, but please trust the high ratings and reviews of other accommodations I operate! I always enjoy thinking about the space, making changes, and decorating it.
Transportation: Hoeryong Station and Beomgol Station are a 10-minute walk away, and the bus stop right in front of the house makes getting around very convenient. - Uijeongbu Jangam Station 1.3km - Uijeongbu Station 3.5km Infrastructure: It's a 'convenience store zone' with E-Mart, Daiso, etc. nearby, and a large supermarket and Shinsegae Department Store (Uijeongbu branch) are a 5-minute drive away. Environment: Located in a quiet residential complex, you can relax comfortably without worrying about noise.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with the password and other information the day before check-in. - No smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes). - There is an additional fee (50,000 KRW for disinfection) for pets. Only trained dogs are allowed. - If you leave personal belongings or trash behind, a cleaning fee will be charged. - No parties or noise (to avoid complaints). - The standard occupancy is 3 people. Please inform us in advance if you plan to add more people. For each additional person, there is a 50,000 KRW fee per week. We will provide an additional topper.

Fully equipped: Refrigerator, washing machine, TV, sofa, as well as kitchen appliances like a microwave and toaster, making it comfortable for a 'month-long stay' or short business trips. - Uijeongbu Jangam Station 1.3km - Uijeongbu Station 3.5km - Catholic University of Korea Uijeongbu St. Mary's Hospital 5km (10 min) - Eulji University Hospital Uijeongbu 3km (7 min) - Uijeongbu Paik Hospital 3km (7 min) - Uijeongbu Choo Hospital 3.5km (8 min) - Uijeongbu Seoul Chuk Hospital 2km (4 min) Suitable for 2 to 3 family members for a short-term stay. If you're looking for a comfortable place like home instead of a hotel for home renovations or a short business trip, you'll be satisfied.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
