Unlike regular accommodations, Hi House maintains cleanliness as if it were our own home and provides a safe and comfortable atmosphere like your own home. This is a fully furnished two-room apartment in the heart of Jung-gu. It is conveniently located right next to the large downtown commercial area of Byeongyeong, and is close to major industrial complexes and business districts, making it easy for workers and business travelers to commute. Recently remodeled, it is clean and equipped with a queen-size bed and hotel-style bedding, and Netflix and YouTube OTT are available.
✔️ There is a large bus stop within a 1-minute walk from the house, making it convenient to use public transportation. ✔️ Ulsan Airport is an 8-minute drive away, making it convenient to use domestic flights. ✔️ Taehwagang Station is about a 10-minute drive away, making it convenient to use the KTX and Donghae Line.
✔️ The basic occupancy is for 2 people, and an additional fee will be charged for more than 2 people. ✔️ The initial contract is for 1 week, and it can be extended on a daily basis thereafter. (Please inquire) ✔️ You can view the room before signing the contract after prior consultation. ✔️ Check-in and check-out times are 2 PM check-in / 2 PM check-out. (Can be adjusted with prior agreement) ✔️ Move-in is contactless, and after the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in instructions and options. ✔️ During your stay, you are responsible for cleaning, washing dishes, sorting recyclables, and disposing of trash. ✔️ Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and pets are not allowed. (Cleaning fees will be charged for violations) ✔️ Cooking greasy or strong-smelling foods, such as grilling meat, is restricted. ✔️ As this is a building with permanent residents, please refrain from making noise late at night.
✔️ Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find a large downtown commercial area, along with Byeongyeong Market, Makchang Alley, convenience stores, banks, hospitals, McDonald's, and various other lifestyle amenities. ✔️ Costco, Lotte Mart, Hanaro Mart, and Homeplus are all within a 5-minute drive, making it convenient to access large supermarkets. ✔️ With excellent access to surrounding commercial areas and public transportation, this location offers convenience for both daily life and commuting.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
The location is great, and above all, the place is so spotless that it makes me want to live here permanently. I would love to stay here again if the opportunity arises.
