It is a cozy space that feels just like home. The unit is equipped with one queen-size bed, one super-single bed, one single-size sofa bed, and a mattress topper. All necessary appliances—including a large refrigerator, wall-mounted air conditioners in every room (professionally cleaned annually), and a front-loading washing machine—as well as tableware are provided.
Nearby subway stations, listed in order of proximity, include Gaerong Station (Line 5), National Police Hospital Station (Line 3), and Munjeong Station (Line 8)—all within a 10–20 minute walk—and there is a bus stop right in front of the apartment.

There is a pleasant park for walking right in front of the apartment, and the area is quiet and comfortable—ideal for living—while being set slightly apart from busy commercial districts. Despite this, its location in Songpa-gu ensures easy access to large supermarkets and general hospitals, as well as close proximity to the Gangnam area (Jamsil and Suseo are within a 10–20 minute drive).
Electricity, water, gas, heating, apartment management fees, and internet are included; however, for long-term rentals of one month or more, arrangements may be made for the tenant to pay the management fees directly. *Please note that additional fees may apply if you bring a pet, depending on the number of pets, species, and specific characteristics; therefore, you must provide accurate information regarding your pet.*
I stayed here while my home was undergoing renovations. It was clean and tidy. The host was kind and helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed. It was even more comfortable than my own home.
The location was great, and having a park right in front made it perfect for a walk. The host was very thoughtful, which I really appreciated.
