There is one single bed in each of the one bedroom and the living room/bedroom, and an additional set of bedding is provided. The veranda offers an unobstructed view and is a quiet space for relaxation.
There is a famous restaurant called 'Bokseongru' which is famous for its Jjamppong, just a 1-minute walk away. Even locals in Gunsan line up to eat here, so quickly get in line near here.^^ Eisungdang, Gunsan Medical Center, Dong Gunsan Hospital, Gunsan University, and Gunsan City Hall are all within 10 minutes.
1. Excessive utility bills (city gas, water, electricity) may incur additional costs. 2. Please refrain from smoking indoors. 3. There is a recycling bin in Building 102 (the building behind this one) for general waste and plastic.

I came back for a second visit because it was so great the first time! Thanks to the host's thoughtful touches, the place was fully equipped with everything I needed, making me feel so comfortable—almost like I was in my own home.
