However, thanks to the spacious layout, we can accommodate up to three guests. The base rate covers two guests; for a third guest, we provide a hotel-quality bedding set to ensure a comfortable sleep. Additional Information: To cover the costs of bedding laundry and supplies, a small additional fee of 15,000 KRW per night applies for the third guest. Note: To ensure safety and a pleasant environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you do not allow unauthorized guests to stay beyond those included in your reservation. [Special Provisions: Regulations on Keeping Pets and Moving Out] Article 1 (Responsibility for Special Cleaning Costs) Upon moving out, the Tenant shall bear a **special cleaning fee of KRW 200,000 (two hundred thousand won)** to cover odor removal, fur removal, and pest control necessitated by keeping a pet. This amount shall be deducted from the security deposit upon move-out; however, the fee may be waived if the Tenant personally engages a professional service (including a deodorization process), submits the receipt, and the Landlord verifies the condition. Article 2 (Damage to Facilities and Restoration to Original Condition) Wallpaper and Flooring: In the event of wallpaper tearing, scratching, or contamination from pet waste (discoloration and odor) caused by the pet, the Tenant shall bear the cost of replacing the entire affected surface (entire wall section or flooring in the affected area) rather than performing partial repairs. Optional Furniture and Appliances: If provided fully furnished items (beds, sofas, appliances, etc.) are damaged by the pet or absorb odors that cannot be removed by cleaning, the Tenant shall pay the actual repair costs or provide compensation by replacing the item with an identical product (or paying its equivalent value). Evidence: The Landlord and Tenant shall document the condition of the facilities via photos or videos at the time of move-in, and these records shall serve as the standard for restoration to the original condition upon move-out. Article 3 (Duty of Care and Contract Termination) If complaints arise from neighbors on two or more occasions due to issues such as noise (barking) or odors caused by the pet and the issue is not rectified, the Tenant shall be required to vacate the premises.
The 60,000 won management fee covers the actual costs of electricity, gas (heating), water, and internet. However, please note that additional charges may apply if actual usage exceeds the management fee due to excessive heating during the winter; we kindly ask for your cooperation, such as setting the system to "away mode" when you are out.
