The building is right in front of Cheongchoho Lake and Gaetbae Ferry Terminal. It's a 3-minute walk to Sokcho Tourist & Fishery Market, and a 5-minute walk to Sokcho City Hall. This room is in a great location and is very convenient, as you can walk to the refreshing sea in front of Sokcho and all the tourist attractions.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
It was a beautiful and clean house with a view of the sunrise and the sea. The market was nearby, and delivery services brought food right to our doorstep, so we were able to enjoy our meals comfortably while looking out at the ocean.
