This is the neighborhood where Baek-ga lives, a place visited by Jun Hyun-moo on the show *I Live Alone*. We are renting out the entire 2.5-story townhouse, located just 5 minutes from Unyang Station in Gimpo. This is a fully furnished home, equipped with all furniture and appliances. Although not visible in the photos, the living room features a white sofa and a TV stand. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table, an electric kettle, a microwave-oven combo, and a Samsung dishwasher. Additionally, a 17kg washing machine is installed in the boiler room on the first floor. Maximum occupancy is 4 people.
The property is located about 5 minutes from Unyang Station in Gimpo and is situated in a quiet townhouse complex. You can enjoy walking and hiking in the nearby area, including Modam Park. A bus that goes directly to Hapjeong Station is available right next to Unyang Station; when I took it on a weekend, the trip to Hapjeong Station took about 30 minutes. It takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach Samseong-dong by train (Gimpo Goldline + Line 9), and 1 hour to reach Yeouido.
