Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. You are responsible for cleaning the unit yourself upon move-in. We do not charge a standard check-out cleaning fee; however, a cleaning fee may be charged if there is waste left behind or if the room is excessively soiled upon check-out. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
You are responsible for paying electricity and gas bills directly. Charges for items not included in the management fee will be calculated and billed upon check-out. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive use of included utilities.
This is a beautiful new apartment; unfortunately, however, when we arrived, the kitchen was missing a few drawers, the fridge wasn't working, and the kitchen had been left in a mess. Aside from that, it features a beautiful, spacious bathroom, a large master bedroom, and a decent-sized second room; it is also conveniently located near convenience stores, bus stops, subway stations, and Mario Outlet.
