It’s a shame about the insufficient number and placement of power outlets. In the summer, you might want to avoid having the air conditioner blowing directly toward the head of the bed. The air conditioner seems ill-suited for the room size; it keeps blowing at high intensity, so it likely isn't energy-efficient. As for the rusty water, that’s unavoidable given the building's age...
