Water charges are included in the management fee. The landlord covers electricity and gas costs up to 30,000 KRW per week. Usage exceeding 30,000 KRW per week will be billed separately to the guest based on actual consumption. Excess charges are calculated based on meter readings or billing statements.
Everything you need is nearby, and both the room and bathroom are spotless. You were also very responsive throughout my stay, so I’ll likely visit again if I’m back in Yeonggwang!
