A 3-room, 2-bathroom villa with good natural light, located a 30-second walk from the Baetbat Park walking trail. This is a clean room that was recently remodeled. ■ 2 air conditioners, refrigerator, induction cooktop, curtains, and blinds are installed. ■ Convenience store and laundromat within a 2-minute walk ■ Nearby subway stations: Myeonmok Station, Mangwoo Station ■ No smoking indoors, no pets allowed ■ 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms_Exclusive area: 53㎡ (16 pyeong)

* There is a park with a very nice walking trail just a 30-second walk from the front of the house. * There are convenience stores, one of Seoul's top 10 hangover soup restaurants, and unmanned cafes nearby, making it convenient to live here. * It is a residential area, so it is safe and quiet, allowing you to stay comfortably.
