It is a fully-equipped room with Netflix.
* It is a 15-minute bus ride from Samsong Station on Line 3. * The road to the front door is asphalt, but the house is surrounded by a forest, so it may be inconvenient to get around without a car. * The accommodation is about 600 meters from the main road.
Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a usage guide message. This is a non-smoking house. There is a separate outdoor smoking area.
*Goyang Starfield, Goyang IKEA, large supermarkets, etc. are in the downtown area. *It is located on the walking path around Seonyurang Rural Experience Village in Goyang-si. *Delivery food is available in this area.
All utility bills are included in the rent. No separate management fees are charged. However, if you excessively use the included items, additional management fees may be requested. In particular, during the winter and summer seasons, if you excessively use electric boilers and air conditioners outside of the appropriate temperature range (20°C to 24°C), additional charges will be applied. Electricity usage is monitored based on the amount provided by Korea Electric Power Corporation.
