The location was convenient for transportation. Since it was a semi-basement unit in the summer, there was a bit of a musty smell when I first arrived, but I was able to eliminate it easily using air fresheners and dehumidifiers. Throughout the time I lived there, I didn't have any issues with odors when I asked others about it. It was neat and clean—it looked like it had been recently renovated! It felt cozy once I put down a rug.
It was clean and the neighborhood was nice, so it was a good place to live!
