This is a fully-equipped room with a white & wood tone. 🥹 It's cozy and neatly decorated, so you can relax comfortably. :) The kitchen/bathroom has been remodeled, so the overall condition is great. ❤️ The queen bed is separated by a partition, clearly dividing the sleeping/resting space. You can use the 3-seater sofa + 55-inch smart TV to relax as if you were at home. 👍 The lift table + dining table allows you to separate the dining/work space. Refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, induction cooktop, and Wi-Fi are all included! We've created a warm and cozy atmosphere with a rug + stand lamp. Since this is not a lodging business, you must bring your own bedding. If needed, we can introduce you to a rental company. :)

We will guide you through the move-in process either in person or by phone, according to your request. - We will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions when the contract is confirmed. - There are no specific move-in/move-out times, but if there is a guest checking in the day after your check-out, please vacate the premises by 12 PM on your check-out day. :) - The entire building is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. If this is violated, a special cleaning fee will be charged. Please keep this in mind and we ask for your understanding. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.

All utility bills are included in the management fee. - However, if you use excessive amounts of water and heating/cooling, additional charges may be applied at the end of your lease. We appreciate your understanding. 🥹
