This is a well-maintained house. Three rooms are available, including a children's room. International school students whose parents come for vacation academies have mainly stayed here. There is a children's room, so it's good for studying :) I would prefer someone who can stay for the period of 1/7-2/27 as much as possible.
It is within a 10-minute walk from Apgujeong Station and a 5-minute walk from Hyundai Department Store, and there is also a department store shuttle. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the Han River, and there are 2 convenience stores and 3 cafes, all within a 2-minute walk.
We go to camp every vacation and rent a place. We prefer someone whose schedule overlaps as much as possible. Move-in will be done non-face-to-face.
The bed is a queen size, a sofa bed, and a single size Luxnine topper mattress. (An additional queen mattress is available) Bedding and amenities are not provided for short-term rentals in principle. However, since most of our guests are from overseas, bedding is provided. You can use the existing amenities and consumables, but you must purchase any missing items.

During the vacation, I stayed at a warm and cozy house.
The owner was kind and took good care of me, so I had a very comfortable stay. The facilities were also clean and tidy, which made it even better. ^^
I had a good stay in a clean and nice house. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay again next time.
