This is a well-renovated home. Three rooms are available for use, including a dedicated children's room. It has primarily hosted families with children attending international schools who come for academic programs during the holidays; the children's room makes it an excellent environment for studying. Priority will be given to those whose schedule best aligns with the early 2027 winter break period (Jan 7 – Feb 27).
It is within a 10-minute walk of Apgujeong Station and a 5-minute walk of Hyundai Department Store (which also operates a shuttle bus). The Han River is a 10–15 minute walk away, and there are two convenience stores and three cafes all within about a 2-minute walk.
We rent out the place during school breaks because we go away for camps. We prefer someone whose schedule aligns as closely as possible with ours. The move-in process is contactless.
Available sleeping arrangements include one queen-size bed, one sofa bed, and one single-size "Lux9" topper mattress. (An additional queen mattress can be provided upon request.) As a general rule, bedding and amenities are not provided for short-term rentals. However, since most guests are arriving from overseas, we do provide bedding. Regarding consumables such as amenities, please use what is already available and purchase any additional items you may need.

During the vacation, I stayed at a warm and cozy house.
The owner was kind and took good care of me, so I had a very comfortable stay. The facilities were also clean and tidy, which made it even better. ^^
