This is a clean studio apartment in Jung-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu. It's a fully furnished room with a bed, TV, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and tableware for two. The boiler works well and provides plenty of heat.

Smoking is not allowed indoors. *This is a fully equipped option with a spacious queen bed and TV. *The entrance, kitchen, and utility room are separate. *Bedding and rugs are washed, steamed, and disinfected after each use, so you can rest assured. *In case of damage to property or irreparable contamination, separate compensation costs may be charged. *Please be careful when using the gas stove and other flammable appliances. *Please be especially mindful of noise after 10 PM (to avoid complaints). Please dispose of recyclables in front of the pillar on the 1st floor in the evening. *Please dispose of all trash before checking out. (Please be sure to collect food waste.) *We do our best to clean and disinfect thoroughly after each guest's departure so that the next guest can check in to a clean space. (Bedding, towels, etc. are provided after being newly washed and steamed.)

It was great having a supermarket and a convenience store just five minutes away. Soundproofing was excellent—there was hardly any noise when the inner door was closed—and the water pressure and hot water supply were both great. The room was spacious enough for one person, the bed was comfortable, and having a separate balcony/laundry area meant the laundry didn't take up space in the main room. One minor downside was that the air conditioner produced a bit of an odor when set above 25°C (though it was fine at lower temperatures), and frost built up quickly in the fridge; still, neither issue hindered my use of the facilities. I really appreciated the quick responses whenever I made a request! Overall, I had a great stay without any major issues!! It was wonderful.
