The landlord lives in the same building and promptly addresses any requests. As this is a studio unit, occupancy is limited to one person (two people are not permitted). Please bring your own personal hygiene items, such as towels. Resident registration is not available.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
The accommodation was truly clean and pleasant, allowing for a comfortable stay. It was especially convenient to have essential appliances like a dryer and dehumidifier, and I experienced no issues during my time there. I appreciated how well my suggestions were addressed, and the overall excellent maintenance made for a satisfying stay.
