The biggest advantage is the location. It’s a prime spot for commuting or accessing the Han River. The landlord is reasonable and quick to respond. Minor downsides include some discrepancies with the photos and issues with cleanliness—such as cobwebs on the ceiling and the state of the elevator. The most disappointing aspect was the bathroom; there was a slight odor, and the showerhead, in particular, was corroded. That said, I could tell the landlord was doing their best to clean and maintain the place. If not for the bathroom, I would have given it a perfect score. I had a good stay despite the short notice. Thank you.

The place was a bit dirty and the bathroom door was broken. The TV streaming was a bit unstable. Other than that, I had a good stay without any major issues.
