It is a spacious share house with 43 pyeong of indoor private space and approximately 75 pyeong including outdoor space, making it a comfortable place to live together. - We have carefully designed the rooms to be independent spaces with individual air conditioning, individual door locks, super single beds with storage, wardrobes, desks, stand lamps, chairs, and spacious dressing tables with lighting. - Experience a level of comfort you won't find in low-ceilinged goshiwons or cramped share houses.
- This share house opened in September 2013 and is located a 2-minute walk from Yanghyeon Hall and a 2-minute walk from the bus stop. - If you take village bus number 8 from Hyehwa Station, you can get off 2 minutes away from the share house.
