The stay in this oneroom was comfortable and the host was available and super helpful with the immigrations paper needed for the residency card. I lived in this room for 3 months and i might need to say a few of the not so great features of this oneroom: being in a semi-basement the bathroom was always a little smelly and the black mold would not come out in any way. It has a window right above the bed (as you can see from the photos) but this window is facing the main way to get into the building, means if you don’t keep your curtains closed everyone can see your business. The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear almost everything from the other rooms and whenever car passes by in the street. So if you have trouble sleeping, this might not the best option for you. Overall, the position is very comfortable cause you have a convinience store right down the slope and the Hongik university main gate is really 30seconds away (as written on the description) Worth the price!
