- 공덕역 3분 초역세권 - 깔끔하고 아늑한 시설좋은 숙소 - 2인 까지 이용 가능합니다. - 좋은 위치로 문의가 많으니 미리 예약 부탁드립니다:) - 해당 숙소는 월세.주세 개념이며, 호텔이 아닙니다. *청소비를 적게 받는 대신 기본 청소만 해드립니다. 청소의 기준이 개개인마다 다르므로, 생활먼지나 소량의 머리카락, 화장실 오래된 물때 등은 환불의 대상이 아닙니다.
- 오피스텔 (유료 주차) 이용 가능 (1일 최대 5만원) - 인근 공영주차장 : 마포 유수지 공영주차장 - 공덕역 4번출구에서 도보로 3분거리 입니다. - 공항버스 정류장 도보 5분 - 9호선 여의도역 2정거장 (더현대 이용 편리함.) - 서울 핫플레이스 인접 대중교통 이용 가능.
-입주는 비대면으로 진행됩니다. -실내흡연 절대 불가합니다. (퇴실 후 냄새/오염 흔적 발견 시 별도 비용 청구) -가구, 가전 등 훼손 쇼파, 침대 얼룩 시 별도 비용 청구 - 계약 확정 시 입주 안내 메세지 보내드립니다. - 쓰레기 분리수거 필수입니다.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Gongdeok! The location is excellent, with Gongdeok Station nearby, offering access to multiple subway lines that make exploring different areas of Seoul incredibly convenient. The apartment is comfortable, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent, which made a real difference after long days exploring the city. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, with very little noise, yet there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Having a convenience store, a café, and a pharmacy in the same building was another fantastic advantage. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Seoul. I would happily stay here again!
