Unit was clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Only issue was at certain times of the day there was sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Not sure if this is normal in Korea or if it can be fixed with proper maintenance….it was manageable, but on certain days it was really rough. The A/C worked well during our stay and as an added bonus there was a 2nd a/c unit in the larger bedroom but we never used it. The refrigerator is brand new and worked well. The water pressure in the bathroom and kitchen were powerful. 7 Eleven was down the street about 50 meters away. The subway is also about 50 meter away. There is a really good coffee shop called Blue Coffee. It’s fire if you like good coffee (try their peanut latte). The landlord is extremely kind and sincere. Communication was excellent and very prompt. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended if the sewage issue was resolved.
