the location was very convenient since there were a lot of restaurants and the subway right in front. But the place was dusty and there was a mold in bathroom sink and the shower area was not clean. The owner came by used a gel to clear up the mold but not sure why this wasn't done before I checked in. the owner responded to m yesterday requests promptly. in my opinion, if they are going to charge the cleaning fee, they need to inspect the place thoroughly after the previous tenants move out.
