When we checked into our rental unit, the entire unit was disgusting. Hair everywhere, same bedding from previous tenant. The cleaning person forgot to come. The Landlord initially offered for us to stay one night in a different unit (a studio instead of a two bed room unit we booked), have the original unit cleaned, and after allow us to stay in the original unit we booked. Then he changed his mind and told us to find lodging elsewhere. This was extremely stressful, because we needed a safe place to stay with our 7 month old son. Luckily we convinced the landlord to just let us stay in the studio. The studio unit itself was clean, but the experience with the dirty unit and landlord, made the whole stay very stressful. I would not recommend staying here until management can perform professionally.
