All the facilities were clean and very well maintained, and the location was excellent. I also appreciated how quickly the customer service team responded to my requests. The only minor issue was that some basic supplies, such as toilet paper, were missing when I checked in. I contacted customer service, and they delivered them the very next day. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and had a great experience.
Located near the one of the most well-connected stations and near Han river would give you the best experience of Seoul. The building itself is very new and the room is so welcoming. I truly enjoyed each and every second of staying and hope the other visitors feel the same.
