The apartment itself is very well furnished, the technology included in the apartment is nice and everything looks newly renovated, however the apartament has not been cleaned properly before my arrival. There were splashes of oil on kitchen walls and the counter, there were hair wrapped around the shower faucet, the bedding was a bit torn, the bathroom mirror was very dirty from the water scaling and the bathroom floor around the toilet was a bit stained.

The room was not cleaned thoroughly. There were several dead flies in the refrigerator, and I even found a used bandage on the floor. What I find particularly unacceptable is that the owner completely ignored my inquiries regarding these issues. I honestly cannot understand that. The location is excellent and very quiet. The building itself is old, but the room is reasonably clean overall.
