❗️ 초역세권 4호선 산본역 도보 5분 거리에 위치하여, 평촌 범계 인덕원 등으로의 접근성이 좋습니다. 또한 사당까지 지하철로 30분, 강남까지 버스로 40분 이내에 이동하실 수 있습니다. 도보 5분 거리에 공항 버스 정류장이 위치하여 인천 공항까지 이동 또한 편리합니다.
❗️ 가까운 편의시설 건물 1층에 편의점, 베이커리 및 카페 등이 있고, 3층에 코인 빨래방이 있습니다. 1분 거리에 대형 이마트가 있고, 길 건너엔 중앙공원이 있어 장기숙박에도 용이 하답니다. 원광대학교 산본병원이 도보 5분 거리에 위치합니다. 문을 나서면 산본 로데오거리가 펼쳐져 식당, 병원, 은행, 술집 등 원하는 곳 어디든 가실 수 있어요.

일주일동안 편하게 쉬다갑니다. 주변 편의시설 너무 좋구요. 앞 공원뷰도 좋았어요. 집 컨디션도 좋았습니다.
My husband and I stayed here for about six weeks during the summer, and my brother later stayed for another month. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The host was always quick to communicate and respond. The location was fantastic—very close to my father’s hospital, in a lovely neighborhood, and within easy walking distance of the station. The view from the apartment was also wonderful, although the windows could use a good cleaning to fully enjoy it. The listing advertised a dining table, but there wasn’t one; we were told the small coffee table was meant for dining, so I purchased a small table and chairs for our stay. The AC was a little dated and loud, and we had an issue with the toilet leaking, but the owners responded and had someone come fix it. Despite these issues, we were very comfortable here and both my husband and I, as well as my brother, enjoyed our stays. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Korea!
