Best location ever! The landlord is very responsive and did quick follow up for requests. However, room condition was awfully poor in terms of cleanliness. I had to spend two full days to clean for three weeks stay. I still give 3 stars for the location and the future hope that the landlord will take actions for the issues I reported about the conditions to the landlord.
