Wi-Fi and a one-time move-in set (bedding, towels, cookware for two) included. Utilities included for normal use; heavy use billed the same month. No ongoing service: no housekeeping or linen change; toiletries and toilet paper are not restocked - bring your own. Cleaned only between tenancies; cleaning fee once at move-in. A private rental home, not lodging. No smoking. Pets: one-time 50,000 won cleaning fee, tell us ahead. Third floor, no elevator. Parking (non-designated). Door code sent once the lease is confirmed. THE BUILDING Third floor of a small residential building in Seochon, five homes to the landing. No elevator, so it is a walk up - and quiet, with light from above the street. Upper-floor windows face the outer walls of Gyeongbokgung Palace - a rare view for this area. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD Seochon is the old quarter most visitors walk past on their way to the palace. Narrow lanes, small bookshops, family restaurants, Inwangsan mountain at the end of the street. Thirty seconds away is Jahamun-ro 10-gil, the cafe street. Also close: the changing of the guard; Tongin Market; and the National Palace and Folk Museums, both free. Rent a hanbok at the gates - wearing one gets you in free.
Gas, water, electricity and high-speed internet are included for normal residential use. If consumption is well above normal for one occupant, the excess is billed separately within the same month and the utility bill is shown to you. The fee also covers building upkeep and waste collection.

キョンボックンからも駅からも歩ける距離でとても便利な立地でした！インテリアもカッコいいですし、部屋も広かったです。目の前が警察署だったので、治安も安心できました。 ただ、日本人にはシャワーの方法が馴染みが無かったので、それ以外は最高でした！
