The location is good. But there is a lot of mould in the bathroom (window seals, tile grouting, plastic cabinet, floor, door), toilet flushes dark particles (probably more mould). When I moved in I thought it was just dirty. Nope, all mould. Kitchen is good, desk good, bed good. No sound insulation.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Before your check-in, the apartment was thoroughly cleaned and inspected, and the bathroom was clean and free of mold. Particularly during humid summer weather, mold can develop indoors if ventilation is insufficient after showering. Regular ventilation is recommended to help maintain a clean and comfortable indoor environment. After your check-out, significant mold damage was found on the bathroom door, and it had to be replaced with a new one. In addition, personal belongings and food were still present in the apartment and refrigerator after check-out. This required additional time to clean and prepare the apartment for the next guest. We thoroughly clean, inspect, and prepare every apartment before each guest’s arrival and will continue to provide a clean and comfortable environment for all of our guests.
온수 방향이 반댑니다...바닥은 자꾸 뜨겁게 댑혀져서 난방을 끄면 따뜻한 물이안나와요ㅠ 이런 사소한 불편함 빼면 편하게쉬다갑니다
