해운대 중동역 3분거리, 해운대 해변까지 10분거리 입니다. 주위에 대형마트와 맛집도 많고, 해운대 달맞이길, 해변열차길 도보 15분이면 갑니다.
모든 공과금이 관리비에 포함되어 있습니다.

Very good apartment for a week stay in Busan. We are foreigners with no experience of using this app before. Everything was just like the photos and the host was extremely responsive and useful. We asked about drinking tap water which the host said to buy bottled waters the next day we receive a deliver with a water filter in it - so kind! Property was clean and had all the amenities including a washing machine. Bed linen, towels and toiletries included. Location was 10/10, right next to metro line and 10 minute walk to beach. Great katsu restaurant downstairs from the apartment. The property was quite light during the nighttime, would be useful to have black out curtains instead.
