Step 1) Select your stay period

If you’ve found a short-term listing that fits your preferred conditions, go to the listing details page and tap “Start Lease” at the bottom. Then select the period you’ll actually be staying.

Step 2) Review the payment amount and request the lease

Check the payment amount, then tap “Request Lease.” When you send your lease approval request, leaving a short greeting or message can help build trust—especially since short-term leases rely on smooth communication between tenants and landlords.

Step 3) Pay after approval is confirmed

You can track the landlord’s approval status in real time in the Lease tab at the bottom of the app. Once the landlord approves, tap “Go to Payment” to complete payment. Your short-term lease is finalized when payment is complete.

Q. What’s the maximum lease period?

The maximum lease period is 12 weeks. If you want to stay 13 weeks or longer, you can complete the initial lease first and then proceed with an additional extension lease.

Q. Is there a limit to how many approval requests I can send?

Yes. For a safer lease process, lease approval requests are limited to 5 per day, and inquiries are limited to 10 per day. If you exceed the limit and your usage is restricted, it will be automatically lifted after 12:00 AM the next day.

Q. What if I request approval but the landlord doesn’t respond?

Landlord responses can be delayed depending on their schedule or circumstances. While you wait, we recommend reviewing other listings as well. If you need a lease urgently, please contact Customer Support for help.
