★ It is located a 10-minute walk from the bus terminal and a 5-minute drive from the KTX station. ★ From the bus terminal, take city bus No. 202-1 and get off at the Red Cross Entrance (Jeoksipja-ipgu) or Employment Center (Goyong-center) stop; from the KTX station, take city bus No. 202 from the stop across the street and get off at the Red Cross Entrance or Employment Center stop. ★ If taking a taxi, please get off at the former Hwasan Wedding Hall (Gu-Hwasan Yesikjang).

Parking was convenient, which was great. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house has a bright, cheerful atmosphere. I’d love to stay here again.
The room, kitchen, and especially the bathroom were better than I expected. All the necessary tableware was provided, and I had a very comfortable stay. The owner was kind, helpful, and attentive. I don't think it's easy to find a place like this at such a price point. I really enjoyed my stay.
I was a bit uneasy because the curtain looked like it might come off and the wooden panel behind the bed was rattling unsteadily, but the place was clean and I rested comfortably.
