This is a neat, fully furnished studio apartment located a 10–15 minute public transport ride from Osan Station. Convenient amenities such as a convenience store, Daiso, and E-Mart are located nearby.

The move-in process is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with instructions for move-in and use of the facility.
[Important Information] ▶Address registration (moving-in report) is not available for short-term rentals. ▶Personal hygiene items (soap, shampoo, towels, toothpaste, etc.) are not provided. ▶The unit is intended for single occupancy; the contract may be cancelled if additional occupants are added without prior agreement. ▶Please dispose of all waste (empty bottles, food scraps, shower products, etc.) before checking out; additional fees beyond the standard cleaning fee will be charged if waste is left behind. ▶Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors; fines and cleaning fees may be charged if smoking occurs. ▶Pets are not allowed; violations may result in charges for wallpaper and flooring replacement, as well as cleaning and professional disinfection costs. ▶Parking is not available due to extremely limited space; we ask for your understanding. [Additional Occupant Information] ▶This studio is designed for single occupancy, but a maximum of two people may stay. ▶For two-person occupancy, an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per week (to cover increased water, electricity, and gas costs) must be prepaid separately. ▶Additional bedding (blankets, floor mats, pillows) is not provided; please bring your own bedding for the additional occupant.
The rate is based on single occupancy. If additional occupants stay without prior agreement, it will be considered a breach of contract resulting in immediate eviction, and an additional management fee of 20,000 KRW per week may be deducted from the security deposit. Excessive use of electricity and gas may result in additional charges upon checkout.
The room was well-maintained, which put me at ease, and the location was excellent in many respects. I had a very comfortable stay.
