It was old and the toilet kept getting dirty, but otherwise, I was satisfied with the good location and lack of noise.
The host was consistently kind from the initial booking stage through the end of our stay and promptly resolved any issues we raised, ensuring a comfortable experience. The room was spotlessโjust as described in the reviewsโand looked exactly like the photos. The sofa was very comfortable, and the unit was well-equipped with amenities like a hairdryer, hangers, and a vacuum cleaner, making our stay very convenient. Since the window faced a main road, we could occasionally hear car horns, but we still slept soundly every night without any issues. The door separating the living room and the bedroom is located near the foot of the bed; my husband is 178cm tall, so his feet would sometimes touch it. However, keeping the door open toward the edge of the bed prevented it from being a major inconvenience while sleeping. Taller guests might want to keep this detail in mind. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay, and the host's kindness made it a truly satisfying experience. Thank you! :)

I stayed in this apartment for three months and had an excellent experience. The location is perfectโright next to Exit 1 of Gongdeok Stationโwith restaurants, bars, cafรฉs, supermarkets, convenience stores, and even 24-hour eateries all within walking distance. The building is secure, featuring a guard, and is very quiet inside. It is situated next to a main road, so you might hear traffic noise when the windows are open, but once they are closed, it is never an issue. The apartment is spacious, clean, modern, and well-equipped. It features a large wardrobe, extra storage near the entrance, ample bathroom storage, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a large TV, and a kitchen stocked with everything needed for a long-term stay. The landlord was amazingโalways quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and prompt in resolving any issues. I felt supported, safe, and genuinely well-cared-for throughout my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely book this apartment again when I return to Seoul.
