I stayed here for a four-week short-term rental. What I liked most was the convenient commute, as the Line 9 subway station was just a three-minute walk away. There was also a large GS convenience store nearby, making it easy to pick up any necessities. Above all, the area was quiet, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay! The host was also excellent and very quick to communicate :) I would love to stay here again if I have the chance to be in the area in the future.

Due to an office relocation, I rented this place for a short-term stay for the past four weeks. The free parking, which is rare in the area, was a huge plus. Olive was very responsive to my inquiries and requests for help. The air conditioning, tower humidifier/fan, bidet, and clean kitchen made for a very comfortable stay. Since I was there for four weeks, I had plenty of opportunities to use the washing machine and refrigerator, which were very useful. There are so many great restaurants nearby that I gained weight... It's a 5-minute walk to Yangcheon Hyanggyo Station on Line 9 and a 5-minute walk to Balsan Station on Line 5. If you're taking the Airport Railroad towards Seoul Station, you can go one stop from Yangcheon Hyanggyo to Magoknaru and transfer, arriving in 20 minutes. I had a lot of meetings in the Seoul Station area, so I used this route, and it took exactly 40 minutes from the accommodation. There's a Botanic Garden nearby, which is great for walks or runs. The real charm of this area is that if you walk up to Yangcheon Hyanggyo, you can explore a much larger and more extensive area, and there's a pedestrian bridge over the Olympic Expressway that leads to the Han River park. If you're in Balsan or Magok, I highly recommend this place. It's quiet, has free parking, great restaurants, convenient transportation, and finally, Olive's excellent customer service. I had a great stay.
