This is a large apartment complex that was built 6 years ago. It has a 2-in-1 air conditioner and is fully furnished. There are 3 rooms, but one small room is used for my personal belongings, so only 2 rooms, including the master bedroom, are available for use. There is a Daiso and a GS Supermarket right in front of the house (within a 10-second walk). Basic cleaning is done upon move-in.
There is a direct bus to Gangnam in front of the house, and a city bus to Osan or Yongin City Hall. If you use your own car, you can go to Dongtan Station within 15 minutes. Parking is available for up to 1 car. Please let us know in advance.
It is a quiet and secluded place. As it is a large complex with 7,000 households, various commercial facilities such as hospitals, elementary, middle, and high schools, parks, libraries, and gyms are concentrated here. Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. Please save energy and use the facilities cleanly, including separating recyclables and cleaning up.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee. Please separate and dispose of food waste using the provided dedicated card, and purchase general waste bags individually.

The host is kind. There's a bus in front of the house, so it's easy to get around, and the supermarket and Daiso are close. The view is great from the 10th floor, and there's no noise between floors. Thank you.
