This apartment offers a real Han River view from the entrance and is just a 3-minute walk to Ichon Han River Park. I'm going abroad for a short time and am renting out the entire apartment with full options (excluding the small room - please move your belongings to the small room and rent the rest). I'm looking for someone who doesn't have much luggage and will treat the place like their own home. Since this is my actual residence, most household items are provided, making it ideal for a month-long stay. It's the best Han River view apartment in Seoul.
The bus stop in front of the house is a 3-4 minute walk away, and Yongsan Station is about a 17-minute walk. You can take a bus from the bus stop to Sin Yongsan Station, Yongsan Station, and Ichon Station.

*Fully furnished, so you only need to bring basic necessities. * Mattress: Sleeper Queen / Topper and bedding: Goose down products * 55-inch smart TV with Netflix and YouTube access * One of the three right-side compartments of the 9-door wardrobe and the top two drawers of the six-drawer vanity are empty. For a stay of about a month, storage should not be a major issue. (This is a sublet concept, renting out my primary residence for a long-term period.) *This is not a distant view of the Han River; it's the best Han River view where you can see both the Han River and Ichon Hangang Park simultaneously from the sofa. Ichon Hangang Park is a 3-4 minute walk away. (Portable chairs and a table are also provided, so if you prepare some snacks and go to the Han River on a day like today, you'll truly feel refreshed.) *The apartment parking lot is small, so even if I move my car, it cannot be replaced by another person's. You can use it with a parking sticker, but you'll have to remove the sticker yourself. ^^;; *No smoking indoors ❌ *Due to the apartment's location by the Han River, there may be intermittent traffic noise. Closing the balcony door will largely prevent this from affecting your daily life, but please keep this in mind if you are sensitive to noise. 🙏
