This is a studio apartment. We do not charge a move-out cleaning fee, but you must dispose of all waste upon moving out. (A cleaning fee will be charged if any waste is left behind.) Resident registration is not possible.

You are responsible for cleaning the unit upon move-in; if you wish to use the gas stove, you must register with the city gas provider yourself. The door access code will be sent to you on the day of move-in. Please do not touch or handle any mail. Please strictly adhere to the check-in time (3:00 PM) and check-out time (11:00 AM). To receive your security deposit refund upon check-out, you must send a screenshot of the settled utility charges.
Pets are allowed. You must restore the property to its original condition if any damage occurs.
Items not covered by the service fee will be settled and billed upon check-out. Additional service fees may be charged in the event of excessive use of included items.
