We offer a nature-filled space where lush greenery and flowers welcome you. 😍 Unit 102 is bright and cozy, filled with plenty of natural sunlight. It is a secure studio apartment featuring a main entrance security door and CCTV surveillance on the building exterior and every floor. Conveniently located for easy access to all industrial complexes, it is perfect for business travelers. Local amenities—including parks, cafes, convenience stores, laundromats, and markets—are all within a 1–5 minute walk. It is a space optimized for your convenience.
- Taxi and bus stops are located on the main road. - With access roads leading to Industrial Complexes 1–5 and the Okgye/Seonsan areas, it is a convenient location for commuting for business trips or work. - It is also frequently used by those visiting the Jangcheon and Gunwi industrial complexes for business.
- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. - Maximum occupancy is 2 people. - Smoking is prohibited inside the building. - We look forward to welcoming you! Thank you.❤
- The building's interior and exterior are meticulously maintained to ensure a pleasant stay. - Wi-Fi is available, and the unit is fully furnished. - No need to worry about bottled water! A reliable Coway ice-making water purifier (professionally maintained) is installed. - We can provide any necessary items upon request. ~♡ - Various amenities, including restaurants and shops, are within a 1–5 minute walk. - Gupyeong Park is just a 1-minute walk away, perfect for light exercise. - Hakseoji Ecological Park is 5–10 minutes away. - Nearby attractions include the Gumi Cheonsaengsanseong Fortress Forest Experience Center (for toddlers), a forest bathing area, and a water play zone—ideal for family trips with children or light hiking. *If this unit is already booked, please check the host's other listings to book a stay. :)
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, regarding the included gas charges, if the cost exceeds 40,000 KRW per week, an additional management fee may be deducted from the security deposit.
