I visited last summer and returned this year. I could feel the host's thoughtful touch, and the place was well-maintained, making for a very pleasant stay (including grout work in the bathroom, blackout curtains on the windows, two remote-controlled fans, an electric blanket, and the host's kind hospitality were a bonus, etc.). I will definitely visit again. Thank you.
The location was absolutely superb. It was incredibly convenient, as I could handle almost all my daily needs right within the building. Various amenities I use—such as a clinic, hair salon, florist, print cafe, Olive Young, restaurants, and a mobile carrier shop—were all located in the same building, accessible simply by taking the elevator. Plus, the direct underground connection to the subway station meant I could get around without getting wet during the rainy season. It was also very convenient to buy groceries at the "Dokkaebi Mart" in the basement before my trip abroad. Even though I didn't rent a car, I could easily book and use a Socar vehicle from the building's fourth basement level, so getting around was never an issue. I was worried about laundry not drying properly due to the rainy season, but having a dryer available was a huge help. The place was charmingly decorated, and with two tables that could serve as both dining tables and desks, it was very convenient for getting work done. The refrigerator was also spacious for this type of studio apartment, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Above all, the host's kind hospitality made my stay even more pleasant, and the incredibly convenient location ensured a truly satisfying experience. I would definitely love to stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The place is absolutely lovely! Everything I needed was well-prepared, making my stay very comfortable. The surrounding amenities are perfect, and the direct subway connection is a huge plus. The building itself has everything—a grocery store, restaurants, a clinic, and a gym.
