There is a transfer bus stop in front of the accommodation. You can travel to major tourist attractions in Seogwipo by bus, and there are also buses to the airport. Taxis are readily available!!! Regarding officetel parking โ๏ธ It is a mechanical underground parking lot. โ๏ธ Large SUV vehicles cannot be parked. โ๏ธ Free outdoor parking (availability is random) โ๏ธ Small and medium-sized sedans can use the underground parking lot.

As this is a venue rental agreement, not an accommodation contract, personal hygiene items such as towels, toothbrushes, bottled water, and toilet paper are not provided. Shampoo, body wash, and soap are provided, but please bring your own personal items such as towels, toothbrushes, slippers, extra toilet paper, wet wipes, and food ingredients. ^^
There's a 7-Eleven convenience store on the first floor :) It's near tourist attractions such as Cheonjiyeon Falls, Jeongbang Falls, Sojeongbang Falls, Seobok Park, Saeyeon Bridge with its beautiful night view, and Seogwipo Submarine. You can also visit Seogwipo Rosemary, famous as a filming location for "Extraordinary Attorney Woo"^^ Waterfront Park It's on the Jeju Olle Trail Course 6 :) I recommend living in Jeju without a car! Enjoy a daily picnic at Jaguri Culture and Arts Park, 5 minutes' walk from Seogwipo Port ๐ There are many cafes, pubs, and restaurants (Chilseongri Cultural Street) by the sea! Jungang Rotary and the food alley are a 5-minute walk away, and Seogwipo Healing Forest is 15 minutes by public transport. Hwangwooji Coast, Oedolgae, Seonnyeotang, and Jungmun Tourist Complex are easily accessible by public transport. If you want to experience or learn snorkeling, freediving, or scuba diving, we can arrange it for you ๐ฅฐ (The host is a diving instructor, so there's a partner diving shop 5 minutes from the accommodation.) Cooking allowed / Laptop work possible ๐ฅณ
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if the excessive use of electricity, gas, or water exceeds the average usage based on the number of occupants, the excess amount will be charged.
I had such a wonderful time in Seogwipo over the past two weeks! The location was great, making it perfect for someone getting around without a car.
