- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in instructions will be provided 30 minutes before your arrival. - The accommodation is on the 1st floor, which is visible after opening the main gate and climbing 3 steps. - For stays longer than one week, bedding and towels can be replaced and cleaned. β Amenities - Convenience store: 20 seconds on foot - Amsa Traditional Market: 5 minutes on foot - Olive Young, Daiso, Starbucks, etc.: 7 minutes on foot (Pharmacies, banks, hospitals, etc. are concentrated around the station) β Nearby Attractions and Facilities - Gwangnaru Hangang Park: 5 minutes on foot - Lotte World, Lotte Tower, Seokchon Lake Park, KSPO Dome, JYP, Asan Medical Center, Kangdong Sacred Heart Hospital: Approximately 20 minutes by public transport - Visitors not registered in the reservation are not allowed to enter. (An additional 30,000 won per person will be automatically charged for exceeding the number of guests in the reservation) - Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited within the entire building. (A compensation of 300,000 won will be charged for indoor smoking) - Only simple cooking is allowed to maintain a clean accommodation. Cooking odorous food (meat & fish) is prohibited. - π¨This is a quiet residential area, so noise complaints may be filed. Please observe quiet hours after 9 PM. π₯Ή As this is an accommodation in a quiet residential area, parties and loud noises are prohibited! In case of complaints from neighbors, you may be forcibly evicted, and no refunds will be given. - Pets are absolutely not allowed.
